Annual Parish Meeting

Wed, 7th May 2025 19:00

This is an annual parish meeting - not to be confused with a parish council meeting.

All residents in the parish are welcome (as they are to a council meeting), and if the Chairman of the Council attends they must preside over the meeting, otherwise a chairman is selected to preside.

This meeting must take place between 1st March and 1 June.

It's an excellent time to ask the Parish Council what it has been doing, for community groups to reach out to the residents and tell them what their plans are, find new volunteers / customers for their services etc.

Venue:
Ibstock Scout Hut, Melbourne Road
